I should be receiving my new CD-ROM external drive tomorrow, as my macbook has seen better days and it needs a little TLC. As soon as I get it, I'll be officially on the "parlez vous francais" trail!
I woke up with my mind full, reading blogs about travelling and planning one myself pretty soon, has me wondering... plus some comments at my "work" make me wonder about my path....I don't like people who assume that wherever I work is my life, or that I should spend more time than necessary there... I, unlike other people, don't live to work. I like to explore, travel, and most importantly, enjoy my life... doing things I like, and sometimes, doing nothing at all!.
I always wonder about my path... ALWAYS! Sometimes I get the feeling I just don't belong anywhere, and the only thing grounding me, is my dog... with him, I've created (or more like, he has created) a routine, to keep him exercised and happy, and me... well... moving!
When in doubt, the universe always sends signals. I received one today.
I think I'm on the right path...
Time to put on the big smile on my face, work, make money, save 1/3 of it and prepare for what 2013 will bring.. in the meantime, I will enjoy today, as in reality, this is all I have.
I will resume my meditation today, and re-joining my meditation group on wednesdays, which has me very excited!
An accelerated system of french learning is setting the wheels in motion!
from the itch to explore, finding the path to become a world traveller... am I going through a pre-mid life crisis? or do I simply feel the desire to be a "citizen of the world" in tempestuous times..I guess I'll find out!

Step 1: be proficient on my 3rd language
As a pre-birthday present for myself, I decided to take the final (and hopefully) most successful step in learning French... so I bought Rosetta Stone. I will begin my lessons at home giving myself a hefty schedule for learning. I'm hoping my desire to get this going quickly will allow me to "graduate" from the program in 6 months or less.
Why am I finally doing this? again? well, the time is now, if not now, when? right?
I'm also planning a trip to Yellowstone... in November.. am I going to freeze as I go exploring? most likely! but I'm excited. Road trips are fun, and after visiting Moab (and running a 1/2 marathon there) and also visiting Muir Woods, it's only logical I continue my quest to discover nature, while staying in places that have proper plumbing!
I will post about my progress here. Maybe in spanish, english and french! that would be fun. =)
Cheers to those of you reading!
